Why independent?+
Agencies are incentivised to sell you more seats or modules. Consultants are incentivised to extend the engagement. Vendors are incentivised to make you dependent on their platform. I am incentivised to make you efficient. My reputation depends entirely on whether your business is measurably better after working with me. That alignment is structural, not just a claim about values.
Do I need to scrap my current systems?+
Rarely. My first goal is always to make what you already own work properly. The solutions are almost always already in the building. If a system genuinely needs replacing I will prove it with data, not with a sales pitch.
We have already tried to fix this. Why would this be different?+
This is the question I respect the most because it usually means you have already spent money on something that did not work. That happens for one of three reasons: the wrong problem was diagnosed; the right thing was fixed but adoption was never managed so it drifted back; or the solution was technically correct but commercially misaligned with how the business actually needed to operate.
